We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Cheryl Lyn Welter Charitable Foundation for awarding grants to three of our outstanding teachers and staff — Jessi Sell, Lisa Gilpin, and Caitlyn Ketchum! 💙

Thanks to this generosity, Mrs. Gilpin will be able to help students participate in our overnight field trip, giving more students the chance to have this valuable experience. Mrs. Sell will use her grant to provide organizer binders and pencil pouches for our 5th graders to help keep them prepared and successful in the classroom.

Counselor Mrs. Ketchum will be using her grant to support the SRES Student Ambassador program, giving students the opportunity to grow as strong, positive role models for their peers.

We are incredibly grateful for your support of our school, our students, and our educators! 👏✏️

Who-Who is having a blast in Science class? 🦉Our 6th graders, that’s who.

Today at SRES, students dissected owl pellets. They found skulls, jaws, and plenty of bones! 🦴.

It was a hands-on way to uncover the secrets of food webs and see exactly what an ecosystem looks like from a predator’s view.
