Picture Retake Day is THIS Thursday, October 23rd!
If your student had their photo taken on the original picture day and would like a retake, please have them bring their picture packet to give to the photographer.
Students who missed the original picture day will need to report to the gym when their name is called to have their photo taken.

Congratulations to Coach Goldsberry and the Lady Raiders as they took down South Decatur on the road last night 60-34. Our Raiders move to 3-1 on the season with this win.
Also, congratulations to senior Kaiya Rinear as she captured her 1,000th point in the victory!

Tonight the SR School Board recognized SRHS Senior Jocelyn Meador for being voted as the ORVC Mental Attitude Award winner in girls golf. Coach Greg Huntington, who was voted as the girls' golf Coach of the Year in the ORVC, was in attendance along with Jocelyn's parents.

Congratulations to Coach Goldsberry and the Lady Raiders as they defeated rival Jac-Cen-Del on Friday night 48-17 in Osgood to retain the Pride Trophy! The girls move to 2-1 on the season. The JV Lady Raiders also walked away victorious with a win over JCD, 37-30. Another great evening to be a Raider!

Today SRJHS 7th graders experienced a Career Day! Students chose 3 careers that they were interested in learning more about and had the opportunity to hear from SR graduates and community members about their occupations. Students had the following options: Holly Hinds - Paralegal, Carissa Simon - Photographer, Jesse Oliver - Designer/Artist, Alex Hafft - Firefighter, Andrew Richter - Computer Programmer, Nancy Durham - Teacher, and Kaitlyn Rork - Scientist. SR was proud to have three South Ripley students bowling this weekend for our Ripley Ohio Dearborn District up in Indianapolis. Molly Schoettmer, Marc Miller and Jaiden Ketchum represented South Ripley in great fashion winning 1st in their respective divisions. We will have wait to see if their scores are high enough to make it to the state level, but they did a great job!

South Ripley Veterans Day Program
Tomorrow is our annual Veterans Day Program at South Ripley High School! Like previous years, we will be providing breakfast for our veterans at 8 am, with the program beginning at 8:45 am. We ask that our veterans enter door ten at the rear of the building by the back parking lot. Those friends and family of the veterans who would like to attend need to sign in at the front office, where you will then be escorted to your seating area.
