The SRHS STEM Team is hard at work this morning as they prepare for the Indiana Department of Education's STEM Certification process. We are collaborating with Stephanie Waring from Five-Star as our team evaluates best practices in the classroom. I am always proud of our staff for their dedication towards moving our students forward!

A big night is planned Friday against Rising Sun. The elem cheer camp will perform. At JV half, we will honor the 1961 and 1981 teams. Between games is Grandparents Night. Varsity halftime will also have FFTK Flyers. Parking is available in front of school, door 3 will be open.

At tonight's school board meeting, Coach Jessica Sell was named our new Head Volleyball Coach! Coach Sell and family attended the meeting and are pictured with Board President Andy Comer and Principal Derik Hutton. Congrats, Coach Sell!

South Ripley High School Homecoming 2026 is in full swing tonight! Our students know how to clean up nicely. Thank you to our Mr. Bosell, Mr. Green, Mr. Rodriguez and Mrs. Hyatt for helping make it happen. Go Big Green!

WHAT A DAY!
South Ripley High school raised $11,196 and South Ripley Junior High raised $8,050 with a total from corporation coming to $19,246 donated to Indiana Special Olympics!!! This year marks 17th year to plunge that SR has participated in this amazing event. Our high school total raised in 17 years is over $92,000!
A very special thank you to Mrs. Strimple and Mrs. Landwehr for their work leading this initiative, along with all of our outstanding students and staff that worked to raise these funds. This is just another reminder of why South Ripley is leading the inclusion revolution in Indiana schools!


There was a fire alarm sensor issue this morning at the high school. The fire department was on scene just as a precaution. There is no emergency and we are working to correct the issue. Thank you.

The Raiders cap off a good week with a tough physical home win against South Dearborn tonight. The Raiders got another team effort led with Drew Volz 19, Blake Gunter 14, Eli Gilpin 10, Dylan Jessee 7, Bryson Sipples 6.
The Raiders will be back in the next weekend, Friday at home vs Rising Sun and Saturday at Greensburg.
Raiders lead the Knights 43-34 with 5:14 to go!
