The students that had a bingo enjoyed a JH Recess today at Ohio Rod. Thank you to Ohio Rod for being a great community partner and hosting us. Congratulations to 6th grader Ellie Miller for being selected to compete in the Indiana Middle School Cross Country Championships at the LaVern Gibson Cross Country Course in Terre Haute this Saturday, October 4. Big night at SR tonight as our men's soccer team hosts JCD for teacher recognition and senior night! We are proud of all of our seniors who have helped elevate the program to where it is today! Thank you to all of the parents for raising fantastic young men. Go Big Green!

Third graders are having a blast learning about supply, demand, and bartering this morning in their annual Barter or Bust day. Students made ten original items and have the opportunity to barter for other items. Lots of smiles and lots of creativity! What a fun morning at SRES.

SRJHS soccer team closed their season with a win over Madison 11-0! Great Job Raiders! 💚🤍🖤

It's a great day to be a Raider!! The SRJHS Volleyball teams swept the SEI Tournament with wins over JCD and Milan tonight at Batesville! The SR 7th grade team hasn't won this tournament since 2004 and the 8th grade since 2013, but tonight we are the 2025 Champions!! Congratulations to Coach Beck and Coach Gunter and our Lady Raiders!! Raider Nation is proud of you!! 💚🤍🖤

The South Ripley Athletic Department was selected to be a part of a digital fundraiser at McDonalds. On October 23rd, 10% of all sales made through the McDonalds App will be donated to SR. If you don't have the app, please consider downloading it and eating McDonalds on 10-23.

The 8th graders had the opportunity to visit Ivy Tech in Lawrenceburg today, with students touring both campuses. Our students were able to hear from a variety of Ivy Tech employees and experience hands-on activities through various mini-sessions. It was a fantastic day!

SRES 5th graders to an interactive Science field trip Big Oaks Wildlife Refuge.
Students were able to learn about bee habitats, flower pollinators, ecosystem, water cycle and using binoculars for bird watching!

The Raiders are in a conference barn burner with Milan tonight! We are up 2-1 in game four on Senior Night! Let's go Raiders!

We're pretty sure that Rosie hanging out at SRHS with our admins and cafeteria staff back in August helped spur the Reds into the playoffs! Let's go @Reds!

SRJHS will have an asynchronous elearning day on Friday September 26. Assignments will be posted by 8am in Google Classroom and are due Monday at 8am. Teachers will be available for questions through email after 12:30 on Friday! Go Raiders!!
