Tonight the board recognized Food Service Director Farrah McCracken and the cafeteria workers who provided over 25,000 meals to students in our community through the Summer Food Service Program! What a great way to serve our community!
A little rain won't stop our cafeteria crew and volunteers from administering the Summer Meal Program! Thanks to the members of the Versailles Lions Club who joined several SR teachers and boys' soccer team members as volunteers today. Great Day to be a Raider!
We are pleased to see construction underway for our new Central Office building located on Raider Drive just off of SR 129. Thanks to Mike Holman Excavating and Comer Buildings for getting this project started.
Last night the board approved Darcie Diem as a HS/JH Special Education teacher and Mark Quicksall as our elementary PE Coordinator! Congratulations, Darcie and Mark! It's a great day to be a Raider!

SRES was honored again this year at the IDOE Literacy Achievement Awards Ceremony at the Indiana Statehouse today for having an IREAD3 passing percentage above 95%. Asst. The NEW USDA SUN "Meals To-Go" Program allows South Ripley to offer FREE breakfast and lunch kits to ANYONE age 18 and younger. The "Meals To-Go" program typically runs through the months of June and July. Individuals do not need to attend one of these schools and can be younger than kindergarten to participate.
