The Lady Raiders are in action this afternoon taking on East Central here at SR. The Green and White are off to a hot start as they are up in EC 7-6 early in the 1st quarter. Go Big Green!

All students are welcome to join us in our corporation wide 12 Days of Christmas dress up days, starting on December 4. Here they are in advance so you can prepare your outfits! We can't wait to see what everyone has in store.

We are incredibly grateful to United Way of Franklin and Ripley Counties Indiana for their generous donation of coats for our students at South Ripley! We appreciate all the hard work they do to support and strengthen our community!

This is one of my favorite events of the year, our drama clubs production of "The Play that Goes Wrong"! Our students are so talented and in today's performance our community got to see how hilarious they can be as well. Well done, Mrs. Bradley, Mrs. Bosell, and all of the students who made this magic happen!



Big win over county rival Batesville for the Lady Raiders, 59-52! The girls move to 5-1 on the season. The Raiders were led in scoring by Kaiya Rinear with 22. Go Big Green!

The Lady Raiders are in action tonight as they host Batesville in a Ripley County showdown! Lady Raiders take an early lead 9-4 in the first quarter. We also honored Senior Kaiya Rinear for scoring her 1,000th career point. Go Big Green!



The Raiders kickoff their JV and Varsity basketball season today with their scrimmage against Rushville at home! Go Big Green!

Tonight the SR School Board recognized SRHS Senior Jocelyn Meador for being voted as the ORVC Mental Attitude Award winner in girls golf. Coach Greg Huntington, who was voted as the girls' golf Coach of the Year in the ORVC, was in attendance along with Jocelyn's parents.


Congratulations to Coach Goldsberry and the Lady Raiders as they defeat the Milan Indians 65-22 to retain the Pride Trophy! Raiders move to 1-1 on the season. Way to go girls!
Today is not just Halloween, but it is also the last day of National Principals Month. We are so fortunate to have these four Raider alums leading our buildings at South Ripley. Thank you Derik Hutton, Ryan Lauber, Kris Wood, & Melanie Evans for all you do for our students!

Not to be outdone, Mrs. Bahr and Mrs. Landwehr brought their students to the high school office and this may take the cake for best collection of costumes!
