Our Raiders baseball and softball team seniors were able to travel to Griffin Elite Sports for the annual NKY/SE Indiana baseball and softball equipment distribution. This is a great program ran by the Reds Community Fund and St. Elizabeth Healthcare, two organizations that we have had th pleasure of working with on our baseball renovation well. Our senior players were able to meet Reds pitcher Andrew Abbott as well! Go Big Green!

We had the honor of recognizing one of our very own, Beth Schmaltz, for her service to our school through her amazing photography. Beth is at nearly all of our sporting events taking pictures of our student athletes for all of the parents to have at no cost. She really is a "Gamechanger"!

It’s been a BUSY few weeks in PE at South Ripley Elementary! 🏃♂️🍎
We aren't just moving our bodies; we’re learning exactly how they work! Our students have been diving deep into health and nutrition with some awesome hands-on projects:
2nd Grade: Discovered the secrets of digestion! They even created their own stomach models to see exactly how food breaks down. 🧪
4th Grade: Became snack experts! They’ve been learning about macronutrients and put their knowledge to the test by building their own balanced, healthy snacks. 🥨🍎
5th Grade: Going "bone-deep" into the skeletal system by building their very own skeletons! 🦴
6th Grade: Expanding their palates! Our oldest students stepped out of their comfort zones to try some unique new fruits, like the pomelo. 🍈
We love seeing our students so excited about health and wellness!
